Facilitator
The group is facilitated by Darius Leo, Clinical Psychologist and Director of TrueHope Psychology, Brisbane.
Darius integrates contemporary psychological science with mindfulness-based approaches and has a particular interest in MBCT, emotional regulation, and compassionate self-awareness. The group reflects the same values that guide clinical work at TrueHope Psychology: evidence, warmth, clarity, and practicality.

This group is not a replacement for individual psychological therapy, but may complement ongoing treatment or serve as an accessible introduction to mindfulness skills.
TrueHope Mindfulness RSVP
Join us for a free, beginner-friendly guided meditation session held at the New Farm Library.
This session introduces practical, evidence-based mindfulness skills drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), as developed by Segal, Williams & Teasdale, and informed by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Shinzen Young.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
All are welcome.
