TrueHope Mindfulness Group
TrueHope Mindfulness Group is a free, beginner-friendly mindfulness and meditation group held at New Farm Library. Sessions teach evidence-based mindfulness skills drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), as developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams, and John Teasdale, and are informed by the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Shinzen Young.
No prior experience is required. Places are limited and registration is recommended.
